Mr.Adams died Saturday at Medical Center
Hospital. He was born December 27,1906
in Bell County. He married Vivian Mae
Sherman Jnuary 28,1928,in Olustee,Oklahoma.
Mr.Adams had lived in Odessa since 1954.
He was an Assembly of God preacher for 50
years.He was a member of the Open Door
Assembly of God Church.
Suvivors include his wife;four sons
David Gene Adams of Hamlin ,Doyle Adams
and Jerry Adams both of Odessa;Jay Adams
of Flagstaff Arizona, a daughter,Ruth Teer
of Odessa;mother,Georgia Adams of Norman,
Oklahoma;twovbbrothers,Larence Adams of
Vernon and Gilbert Whittis of Norman,
Oklahoma; and a sister,Evelyn Mae Perry
of Hamlin.
