Beloved daughter of William Oscar Kinney (1870-1930) and Cara Guerry Kinney (1877-11 Feb 1964). Her siblings were James Davenport Kinney born in 1902; Dupont Guerry Kinney 1898 – 1965; William Oscar Kinney 1899 – 1990; William Kinney born 1901; Frederick Kinney born 1901; Francis Davenport Kinney 1904; Frederick LeGrand Kinney 1908; Clara Kinney 1908; and Frederick Kinney 1910. She was the wife of boxer William Lawrence "Young" Stribling, Jr. and they had three children, William L. Stribling, III born in 1927; Mary "Virginia" Stribling born in 1929; and son Guerry Boone Sibling that Clara was at the Macon Hospital having just had, when her husband was killed in a motorcycle accident on his way to the hospital. She remarried Mr. Claiborne before she passed.
