George Edward Roberton, son of Thomas Alexander Roberton and Alice Lydia Bickers, was a second class saloon steward on the Titanic.

Inscription:
"George Edward
Lost at sea SS Titanic 1912 aged 19"

Please note that the family name is spelled Roberton on the headstone, although some records are spelled Robertson.When he signed-on to the Titanic, on 4 April 1912, he gave his address as 36 Mount Street, (Southampton). His last ship had been the Oceanic. As a second class steward he received monthly wages of £3 15s.
Roberton died in the sinking. His body was later recovered by the Mackay-Bennett (#127) and buried at sea on 23 April 1912.
