SHAMROCK — Leon Sanderson, 91, of Shamrock died Saturday, April 14, 2012.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Calvary Christian Fellowship Church in Shamrock with the Rev. Joe G. Jernigan, pastor, and the Rev. Ricky Pfiel officiating. Burial will be in Shamrock Cemetery. Arrangements are by Robertson Funeral Directors of Shamrock.

Mr. Sanderson was born March 31, 1921, to Wesley Monroe and Mary Elizabeth Sanderson. He married Lena May Ackley on April 4, 1942, in Shamrock.

Survivors include a son, Gary Don Sanderson of Wellington; two daughters, Beth Ham of Elk City, Okla., and Janette Rainey of Allison; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

The family suggests memorials be to Shamrock Assisted Living at Shamrock General Hospital.
