She was born Mar. 30, 1916, in Preston County, a daughter of the late John and Ethel Taylor Farrell.
At the time of her death, she was survived by four daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Rosemary) Ray of Denver, CO, Mrs. Richard (Edna) Baylor of Independence, Mrs. Dale (Carol) Vichota of Short Pump, VA, and Mrs. Gary (Connie) Helms of Independence; two sisters, Mrs. Doris Frum of Bowling Green, OH, and Mrs. Hazel Frum of New Galilee, PA; and 12 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Lee (Buck) Catlett, Aug. 5, 1977; and four brothers, James, Kenneth, Charles and Bernard Farrell.
Burial was at Masontown Cemetery with Rev. Dayton Smith officiating.
