MARVIN W. ADAMS
Marvin W. Adams, 62, of 1633 SW 40, died Saturday at Veterans Hospital following a short illness.
Services are set for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Vondel L. Smith Mortuary with burial in Resthaven Cemetery.
Born in Addington, Adams moved to Oklahoma City in 1930 from Ft. Cobb. He was a civil service employee at Tinker and a veteran of World War II. He was a member of Shields Blvd. Baptist Church.
Adams is survived by his wife, Maggie; a step-daughter, Mrs. Dortha Pace, Boulder, Col.; four stepsons, Arvil Price, Vestel Price, Oather Price, all of Oklahoma City; Ray, Washington, D.C.; three sisters, Mrs. Eva Rife, Cyril, Mrs. Larene Lay, Cleveland, Okla., Mrs. Joyce Cloud, Henryetta; four brothers, Roy, Oklahoma City, Lester, of 2440 NW 40, Harold, of 600 NW 29, Apt. 22, Ted, of 6121 S Drexel; and seven grandchildren.
