On September 6, 2010, the Angels took our mother on loving wings to be with God. She was born in Nova Scotia on 9/13/1922.

She is preceded in death by her mother, father, sisters, and brother, husband Homer McClure Trout and daughter, Regina Trout of Dallas, TX.

She is survived by her son, Mack Trout of Pagosa Springs, CO, daughter, Debbie Nelson of Pensacola, Fl, granddaughter Kasandra Strater and family of Frisco, TX, grandsons, Rob Levings of Milton, Fl, Brian Trout of Midland, TX, Ryan Nelson and family Gulf Breeze, Fl as well as great grandsons Kyle Levings, Joshua Trout, Ryan Jr and Addy Nelson, Abby and Dylan Strater, Spencer Trout and friend, Lou Schneider of Summerville, MA.

Anne was born in Nova Scotia with dual citizenship in the United States, primarily Boston, Massachusetts. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with degrees in Physical Education and English. She entered the service immediately after graduation, met my father in Amarillo, TX and was married in 1943. Aside from her family, airplanes and flying were her main loves in life. She loved to just sit and watch airplanes whenever she could. She was a CAF Colonel and High Sky Wing member for many years and never missed the airshows until she moved to live with her daughter in Tulsa and then Pensacola, Fl. She was also the Video Librarian at the Midland County Library for 30 years and loved serving the patrons as well as the job itself and did not retire until she was 81.

Her final service is in Pensacola tomorrow and we will love and miss her forever. She was the best mother anyone could ever have. We pray for her eternal rest and her favorite saying was "Be still and know that I am God".
