Emilia was born in Duluth on Dec. 21, 1916, and lived here all her life. She graduated from St. Mary's Star of the Sea School in 1932, then went to Central High School and graduated in 1937. She belonged to Lakers Senior Club, and the Northeastern Senior Coalition. Amelia married Stanley Gielarowski in July of 1940. Stanley passed away on Sept. 24, 1985.
She is survived by three brothers, Joseph, Stanley, and Louis (Carole) Dubla of Duluth. Three sisters, Helen (Stanley) Roggy of Fort Wayne, Ind., Rose Sechrist of Missoula, Mont., and Bernice (Loren) Duff of Duluth, and many nieces, nephews, friends, and relatives.
Burial will be in Polish Catholic Cemetery.
