Anna Grace Harbaugh, 93, of Franklin passed away Saturday, February 17, 2018, at the Caring Place.

Born in Lewistown, PA, on March 10, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Jacob and Ruth Peters Aurand.

Grace spent her early years in Lewistown and moved to Franklin in 1953 where she lived ever since. She loved children, and owned and operated a day care in her residence from 1969-1982.

Grace was well known by her bright colored umbrella she used while walking all around Franklin. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Franklin.

On June 16, 1953 she married Lee Harbaugh and he preceded her in death.

Surviving are four children; Donald E. Harbaugh and his wife Shirley of Oil City, Raymond N. Harbaugh and his wife Carolyn of Starr, SC, Edward L. Harbaugh and his wife Linda of Frederick, MD, and Garret M. Harbaugh and his wife Terri of Port St. Lucie, FL; and 15 grandchildren, which include locally, Tina Exley, Donald Harbaugh Jr., Jeffry Harbaugh, Sonya Mullen, DeWayne Harbaugh, Renee Flannery, Desiree Enck, Garret M. Harbaugh Jr., and Laura Morin.

Also surviving are numerous great-grandchildren, including locally, Debbie, Brittany, Erica, Kelsie, Jeff II, Nick, Megan, Rebecca, Andrew, Abigail, Gracelyn, Korley, Benjamin, Madison, Allison and Jensen; numerous great-great grandchildren; and a brother, Clem Aurand.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two children, Leonard Harbaugh and Virginia Marie Divelbliss; and two sisters, Virginia Moss and Betty Mentzer.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 312 W. Park St. Franklin where family and friends are welcome from noon to 2:00 p.m. Wednesday. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Sam Wagner, Associate Pastor of Christ United Methodist Church, officiating.

Interment will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Fulton County, PA where Grace will be laid to rest next to her daughter.

Memorial donations may be made to The Caring Place, 103 N. 13th St. Franklin, PA 16323, Christ United Methodist Church, 1135 Buffalo St. Franklin, PA 16323 or to a charity of one's choice.
