He moved to San Diego and served in the U.S. Navy. In 1969 he went to work for Marvin K. Brown Cadillac and retired 24 years later. Survivors: his wife Brenda; two daughters Kathi Jensen of Idaho and Kelli Manfrina of Palm Springs; two sisters Vivian Whittaker and Dorothy Polve, both of Utah; three grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
