Mrs. William (Carrie S.) Blauvelt, 76, of Long Beach, died yesterday. She was born in Tacoma and lived here most of her life, moving to Long Beach in 1964. Her husband is a retired employee of the News Tribune. Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Delbert M. (Betty) Larson of Seattle; a stepdaughter, Mrs. L Cullen (Lorraine) Jenkins of Portland; three sisters, Mrs. Theresa Wedeberg of Seattle, and Mrs. Louis Preuss and Marie Habel, both of Tacoma, and nine grandchildren. Buckley-King Mortuary is in charge.
