Survived by her daughter, Susan (Peter) O'Connell; adoring grandmother of Kelly and Kerry O'Connell; dear cousins, Michael and Catherine Anne Turley all of Joliet.
Preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Affeldt (1983) and her parents.
Funeral Services for Jayne Affeldt will be Saturday, June 30, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. from the funeral home chapel to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment Elmhurst Cemetery.
