Hazel Charlene Hoskins, 80 of Middlesboro, passed away Thursday April 19, 2012 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. She was born Dec. 19, 1931 at Middlesboro. A Daughter of the late William Preston Rains and Lucy Ann Reynolds Rains. She was a member of the Monarch Church of God Mtn. Assembly. In addition to her Parents she was preceded in death by her first Husband: James Edward Maxwell, 7 Sisters, 1 Great Granddaughter: Lauren Rebecca Mason.

Survivors Include: Husband: William Odell Hoskins of Middlesboro and his Sons: Jimmy (Carol) Hoskins of Albuquerque, N.M., Bill (Carol) Hoskins of Speedwell, TN., and Carl (Sherri) Hoskins of Harrogate, TN. 3 Sons: Roger (Dottie) Maxwell of Middlesboro, Preston (Judy) Maxwell of Washington State, Steven (Mary) Maxwell of Middlesboro. 1 Daughter: Debra Murphy of Cineyville, KY. 1 Sister: Bonnie Underwood of Middlesboro; Numerous Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Special Niece and Nephew: Barbara and Woody Gilbert.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am Tuesday at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Woody Gilbert and Lonnie Lyke presiding. Music by: Monarch Church Singers. Interment will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Grandsons. The family will receive friends from 6-9 pm Monday at the Creech Funeral Home.
