Mrs. Thos. Ekey died Wednesday at her home west of New Florence. This sudden death is a great shock to her many friends and relatives; she was the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. N. Bethel, a young woman of sweet and unassuming ways, a devoted Christian, a zealous worker in the W.C.T.U., a model wife, mother and friend, and her passing away in early life leaves a void not easily filled. She leaves to mourn her death a loving husband, one little daughter, father, mother, two brothers and a sister. The funeral takes place Friday at 2 p.m. from the home to the New Florence cemetery.
