Born Sept. 25, 1958, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Lott Brown and Shirley Brown of Pasadena, and the late Doris Lucille (Miles) Brown.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Brown.
She was of the Methodist faith. She had worked as a certified nursing assistant at the Frostburg Village Nursing Home.
She is survived by her husband, Terry Lee Fazenbaker; two sons, Donald Wayne Harmon Jr. and Matthew Ross Fazenbaker, both at home; one daughter, April Leigh Fazenbaker of Eckhart; and one sister, Marsha Hagen of Baltimore.
At her request, she was cremated and a graveside service will be held at the Oak Hill Cemetery, Lonaconing, on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2009, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Ken Rafferty officiating.
