Ruth Beaman, 81, of Freedom died Thursday morning, December 21, at her home.
She was born at Freedom July 16, 1897, the daughter of Riley and Sarah Light Payne.
Mrs. Beaman was a member of the Freedom Church of the Nazarene.
She is survived by her husband, Myron Beaman.
Funeral services were Saturday, December 22, at 1:30 p.m. at the West and Parrish Funeral Home. The Rev. Paul Shear was the officiating minister.
Interment was in Riverside Cemetery.
