Edith Eleanor Lovitt, 81, of Stafford died Friday, March 9, 2012, at her home.
Survivors include her children, Evelyn (Delbert) Allen of FL, Michael (Janice) Lovitt of Stafford, Linda (Jeffrey) Roberts of Woodbridge, DaBora Lovitt of CA, Glenn (Marina) Lovitt of CA, Diann (Reginald) Carreker of Stafford, Melody (John) Walters of GA, Vincent (Ruth) Lovitt of FL, Theresa (Sean) Stephens of FL, Tyrone (Caroline) Lovitt of Richmond, Corren (Dennis) Stevens of FL, and Mark (Lisa) Lovitt of CA; two sisters, Pearlene Jackson and Mary Irene Harris; two brothers, Theordore Harrison and Harvey Harrison (Mary); 30 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 26 nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Maggie Harrison; and brothers Cleveland and Robert Harrison.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 pm Friday, March 16, at A.L. Bennett and Son Funeral Home, Fredericksburg, with the funeral being held Saturday, March 17, at 11 am, United Faith Christian Ministry, 150 Susa Drive, Stafford, VA, with repast following. Interment will be Wednesday, March 28, 9:30 am at Arlington Cemetery.
