Later in life he was a homebuilder and owner of his own plumbing company. He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Ray Ledbetter and sister, Ida Mae Aday. He leaves his wife, Lillian and her 4 children; sister Ruth and Leroy Hutcherson family; brother Roy Ledbetter family; son Albert and Dixie Ledbetter and their two sons; numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandson. Services are under direction of Matthews Funeral Home.
