Wanda K. Geary Cox, 50, of 14789 Wyndham Ave., died Friday, Feb. 15, 2002, at Waynesboro (Pa.) Hospital.
Born Dec. 5, 1951, in Connellsville, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Lee W. and Ellie Klink Geary.
She was a graduate of Waynesboro Area Senior High School.
She was employed as a typist at Regency Thermographics, Waynesboro, until retiring two years ago.
She was a member of Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration, Blue Ridge Summit.
She was a member of the Blue Ridge Sportsmen's Association.
She is survived by her husband, Arthur A. Cox Jr., whom she married Sept. 15, 1990; three sisters, Patricia L. Berklite, H. Virginia Cook and Sherry G. Lohman, all of Waynesboro; one brother, Terry J. Dwire of Shippensburg, Pa.; two aunts; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration, Blue Ridge Summit. The Rev. Patrick A. Pierce will officiate. Burial will be in Blue Ridge Cemetery, Thurmont, Md.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro.
