Bill Anderson Bass, (TSGT, USAF, Ret), 82, of Sierra Vista, Ariz., passed away Saturday, Aug. 27, 2011, at his home. He had been an Arizona resident for 35 years, with the last 27 spent in Sierra Vista.
Bill was born Sept. 8, 1928, in Rocky Mount, N.C., to Albert Anderson and Serena (Coley) Bass.
Bill served in the US Merchant Marine and the US Coast Guard before retiring from the US Air Force after more than 20 years. He also worked as a military contractor.
