PITTSFIELD - Dawn Marie Holton, 25, of Leavitt Road died Friday at home after a long illness.

She was born in Concord, the daughter of Larry Blackey and Donna Swain.

She graduated from Pittsfield Middle High School in 1997.

She worked as the manager of the deli department at Market Basket in Concord for several years.

She formerly attended the Advent Christian Church in Pittsfield.

Holton was known as a social butterfly and had a passion for Ben & Jerry's ice cream.

Survivors include her husband of three years, Timothy Holton Sr. of Pittsfield; a son, Timothy Holton Jr. of Pittsfield; her parents of Pittsfield; a brother, Christopher Blackey -Nutter; two sisters, Amy Blackey and Kelly Blackey , both of Pittsfield; and three nieces.

A brother, Brent Blackey , died previously.

Calling hours will be held today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Perkins Funeral Home, 60 Main St., Pittsfield.

Graveside services will follow at 1:30 p.m. in Riverview Cemetery in Barnstead.

Memorial donations can be made to Norris Cotton Cancer Center, 1 Medical Center Drive, Lebanon 03756.
