The death occurred in the Spencer Hospital, Wynyard, yesterday of Miss Marion Annie Elizabeth (May) Barker, who was in her 76th year. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Barker, of Forth and resided at Forth until recently, when she went to live at Somerset with her niece and nephew. Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Adams, "Osborne House." She had been seriously ill for the past four weeks. The funeral will leave the Forth Methodist Church this afternoon after a service commencing at 3 p.m. for the Forth Methodist Cemetery.
