OBSEQUIES
Rev. Alfred E. Drew
The funeral of the late Rev. Alfred E. Drew, former pastor of Garden Street M. E. church, who died Friday afternoon, was held today from the residence of Dr. G. B. Elliott, 384 Main street, Andover. Simple, yet impressive services, befitting the quiet and simple manner of the deceased were conducted at 2 o'clock by Rev. George E. Ackerman of the Garden Street M. E. church. The obsequies were attended by relatives and friends a number from this city being in attendance. Burial took place in the Bellevue cemetery. The pall bearers were C. H. Hartwell, E. M. Mooers, O. W. Kennison, and R. H. Lillis.
