Grant F. Milligan, 70, of 723 Elysian Ave., died Sunday in his home after a long illness. From 1961 until 1974 he was a self-employed interior decorator, working out of his home. Prior to that he was a machine operator for the former Electric Autolite Co. Surviving are his wife, Ruth; brother, Joseph, and sisters, Mrs. Helen Myers and Mrs. Evelyn Brick.
