MORONI, December 12 -- Funeral Services for Mrs. Tranqualla Draper DYE, 83, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday in the West Ward Chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, by Ray McKinnon, bishop. Friends may call at the family home from 10:00 a.m., Saturday till time of Services. Burial will be in Moroni City Cemetery under direction of the Jacobs Funeral Home of Mount Pleasant.
Mrs. DYE, a lifelong resident of this city, and an active church worker, died Wednesday from causes incident to age. She was born in Moroni, May 18, 1864, a daughter of William and Ruth H. Newton DRAPER. She was married to William DYE, June 26, 1886, in the LDS Endowment House in Salt Lake City.
Surviving are three sons and four daughters, William K. DYE of Roosevelt, Robert DYE of Spring City, Edmund K. DYE of Moroni, Mrs. Ruth ROWE of Mona, Mrs. Marriet BROWN of Springville, Mrs. Lavinia NEWHAUSER and Mrs. Myrtle MURUSH of Ely, Nevada; three sisters, Mrs. Ruth ARMSTRONG and Mrs. Olive ANDERSEN of Moroni and Mrs. Myrum LUND of Fountain Green; twenty-eight grandchildren and thirty-six great-grandchildren.
