ROBSTOWN --Miguel anaya Sr., 72 of Robstown, died at 3:30 p.m. ,Monday in a local hospital after a sudden illness. Born in Harlingen, Texas. Anaya had lived in Robstown 36 Years. He was a retired construction worker. He was a member of Club Padres de la Familia, Hijos de Hildalgo and Sociedad Cuauhtemoc.

Surviving are his wife, Maria del Refugio; five sons, Ricardo Anaya of Colorado Springs, Colo., Miguel Anaya Jr. of Corpus Christi; Sebastian Anaya of Sacramento Calif., Reynaldo Anaya of Livermore, Calif., and Isaac Anaya of San Bernardo, Calif.,; one daughter, Mrs. Lucia Santillan of Robstown; one sister Mrs Maria Benavides of Mc Caulley; and 17 grandchildren

The rosary will be recited at th Ramon Funeral Home. Mass at the St. Anthony Catholic Church
and burial will be at St Anthony Cemetery.
