Bernard was preceded in death by his sisters, Lorraine Hanson, Lois Blatterman, Katherine Washa, Della Killerlain; brothers, Leo (in the Battle of the Bulge), Richard, Patrick and Phillip; sister-in-law, Joann Killerlain and brothers-in-law, Joe Caravello, Frank Washa, Bernard Hanson and Glen Blatterman.
