The Oklahoman, Wednesday, December 6, 1995:
Henry G. Aaron Sr, 80, died Tuesday, Dec 5, 1995 after a lengthy illness. He was born Jun 16, 1915 and was a life-long resident of Oklahoma City. He owned and operated Aaron Preserving Company until his retirement in 1980 and was a faithful member of Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help for more than 60 years. Henry was a veteran of WWII. He was active in both Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts and was a member of the first Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish Council.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Mary Walch Aaron; son, Henry G. Jr and wife JoEllen; 2 daughters, Mary Anne and Patricia Aaron; and three grandchildren (names omitted). He is also survived by four sisters, Hilda Aaron, Joan Sivadon, Judith Cassilly and Martha Weber.

Memorial gifts may be made to Bishop John Carroll School Endowment Fund or Catholic Charities. Rosary will be said at 7 pm Wednesday, Dec 6 at Smith & Kernke Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 1 pm Thursday, Dec 7 at Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Interment Rose Hill Burial Park.
