WATERBURY - Marjorie L. Grey, 81, died April 30, 2012, at Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin.
She was born in Reading, June 28, 1930, the daughter of Frederick and Lillian (Knight) McKinstry.
Mrs. Grey was employed by The Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe and Stage Coach Inn in Waterbury.
She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Women's Auxiliary.
Survivors include four children, Teresa Mansfield of St. George, Lorraine Murray of Middletown Springs, Gary Grey of Barre and Paul Grey of Rutland; five sisters, Bernice Ehmke of Riverview, Fla., Catherine Adams of Windsor, Lucinda Whittemore of Killington, Martha Abaire of Waterbury and Eunice Devenger of Hardwick; eight grandchldren; nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur Grey, in 1975; a son, Larry Grey, in 2012; four siblings, Leona and Clifford, Alvin and Melvin McKinstry.
The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 4, at the Clifford Funeral Home in Rutland where friends may call from noon prior to the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to Central Vermont Council on Aging, 59 North Main St., Suite 200, Barre, VT 05641.
