Chunk was born on Sunday.October 29,1978 in Lima,Allen Co,Ohio to Paul H. and Sandra K. Adkins Garrett...Chunk is survived by his fiancée Danielle Woodruff of Bluffton,Oh.and his father & his dad's fiancée Janice Stubbs both of Lima,Oh.When he wasnt working he went to Deliverance Tabernacle Church,Mr. Garrett had been a laborer at Allen County Pallet...He also loved hunting and boxing at the Lima Boxing Club...

Survivors also include four daughters, Kayla O'Dell, of Lima, Maliegha Goodin, of McGuffey, Alyvia Garrett, of Lima, and Josie Woodruff, of Bluffton; three brothers, John (Terri) Gilroy, of Dayton, and Scott Gilroy and Paul J. Garrett, both of Lima; and a sister, Melissa Mosley, of Delphos.

Services will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Eastside Chapel. The Rev. David Neace will officiate. Burial will be in Union Township Cemetery, Kalida.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
