Lois Louise (Jourdan) Dauble, passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 93 in Whitefish, MT. She was born on March 16, 1930, in Evansville, IN.


Lois was a dedicated individual who worked at Dauble's Flowers & Zeidler's Flowers and later devoted her time to being a full-time stay-at-home mom. She graduated from Central High School in 1948. She will be remembered for her strength, courage, independence, generosity, inquisitiveness, and infectious laughter. Lois loved every stage of her life, especially relishing the moments spent with her grandchildren. She cherished her family and lifelong friends dearly. Lois found joy in flower gardening, reading, watching movies, and passionately supporting the Evansville Aces and all college basketball programs during March Madness. She also loved following the Evansville Triplets and enthusiastically cheered on her grandchildren at high school and college swim meets. Lois was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church where she found solace and community. Her legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.


Lois is survived by her son Mark Dauble, daughter Lori (Blake) Mobley, grandson Reid Mobley, grandson Wade Mobley, and granddaughter Lani Mobley.


She was preceded in death by her husband Alvin Dauble and son Scott Dauble.


A private graveside service will be held at the Lutheran Cemetery in Evansville, IN, on April 3, 2024.
