Longtime resident of Mercedes, Texas, Senaida C. Garcia, 90, passed away May 3, 2012 at Valley Grande Manor in Weslaco.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jose Garcia in 1999, and is survived by two sons Ricardo (Maria Guadalupe) Garcia of Brownsville, Rogelio (Maria Guadalupe) Garcia of Weslaco; three daughters Josefina Cavazos of Harlingen, Senovia (Eduardo) Lomas of Edcouch, Dolores Juarez of Mercedes; also surviving are 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Chapel services will be held Saturday, 10:00am, at Garcia & Trevino Funeral Home of Mercedes; interment will follow at The Presbyterian Cemetery also in Mercedes.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Garcia & Trevino Funeral Home of Mercedes.
