Phillip is survived by his wife of 45 years, Franky, his two children, James (Sarah) and Kimberly (William) and his five grandchildren, Ashlynn, Hayden, Hannah, Sydney, and Garrett.

Born and raised in Fort Valley, Georgia. Graduated from Fort Valley High School in 1964. Prior to joining the Navy, Phillip worked as a truck driver for Woolfork Chemical in Fort Valley. After leaving the Navy, he worked briefly at Georgia Kraft, before driving a truck again, this time for Oscar Mayer, and later, Kroger (20+ years) until his retirement in 2007.

Rest in Peace Dad/Grandpa. We love and miss you everyday, always and forever.
