Harry Huckins Sr. 86 passed away on Saturday June 4, 2011.
Harry was predeceased by his wife, Pearl (Jandrow) Huckins on June 1, 1981; sons; Daniel Huckins, Clifford Huckins, and Raymond Huckins. Harry is survived by 8 children Harry Huckins Jr. of North Brookfield, Nancy Herndon of Maine, Laura Fortin of Sturbridge, Francis Huckins of North Brookfield, Donna Hitchcock, David Huckins, Steven Huckins all of Florida, and Ann Friberg of New Braintree. He was also Pepe to 26 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
Harry was a WWII US Marine Veteran serving overseas. Harry loved gardening, fishing and construction.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday, June 7, 2011 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm in Pillsbury Funeral Home, 44 Gilbert Street, North Brookfield. A graveside service with full military honors will be held on Wednesday at 10:00AM in Walnut Grove Cemetery, Elm, St. N.Brookfield.
