GILES C. ANDERSON

Giles C. Anderson, age 58, of Clare, passed away on September 23, 1995, at his home.

He was born on May 13, 1937, in Detroit, the son of Arthur and Adeline (Peirine) Anderson. He married Joyce Sebaske on June 11, 1975, at Clare.

Mr. Anderson served in the U.S. Army from 1959 to 1962. He moved to Clare in 1965 from the Detroit area and was a paralegal for Clare area attorneys.

Surviving are his wife, Joyce; one son, John and Susi Anderson of Germany; six daughters. Candy and Steve Wazny of Coleman, Katrina and Mandy Anderson, both of Clare, Kim and John O'Grady, Alicia and Edward Shiok of Florida, and Kathleen and Mike LaPoe of Clare; five grandchildren, Brian, Ashley, Karen, Brad and Nathan; two brothers, Arthur of Union Lake and Eric of Rochester; and one sister, Priscilla Coxine of Whitney.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 27, 10 a.m. in the Stephenson-Wyman Funeral Home, Clare, with. Pastor Chuck Malson officiating. Burial will be in Cherry Grove Cemetery at Clare. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday. Memorials may be made to the Clare County Hospice. (The Clare Sentinel, p. 7 - Clare, MI - 26 September 1995)
