"James C. Agee of Jacksboro Passes"
Funeral services were held Monday for James Carlton Agee of Jacksboro who died July 17 at LaFollette Hospital after a short illness. He was 47.
Survivors include the wife; two daughters, Mary Ellen and Patsy, all of Jacksboro; five brothers, Alfred of Knoxville, Dana of Jacksboro, John F. of Oak Ridge, Dudley of Niles, Ohio, and Kyle of Byrdstown ; three sisters, Mrs. Margaret DeGarmo of Kentucky, Mrs. Drew S. Gaylor of Nashville, and Mrs. W. G. Siler of Morristown.
Funeral services were held Monday, at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Jacksboro, Rev. C. H. Robinson officiating. Jacksboro Lodge No. 322 F&AM had honors at the graveside. Interment at Jacksboro Cemetery. Cross and Cox of LaFollette in charge.
