Clyde Bilyeu, 75, died at his home in Iberia Tuesday morning. Mr. Bilyeu was born July 30, 1891, son of John H. and Ida Jones Bilyeu. He was married July 12, 1912, to the former Miss Addie Keeth. She died April 12, 1930. On Nov. 24, 1933, he was married to Mrs. Mary Mace, who survives.

He lived his entire life in and around Iberia. He was a member of the Iberia Church of Christ, and was former manager of the Iberia MFA, former Gasconade REA board member, and also operated a hardware business in Iberia for many years. Mr. Bilyeu also taught school in Miller County for more than 20 years.

Besides his widow he is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Eula Fischer, Tuscumbia, Mrs. Cleeta Kite, Kansas City, Mrs. Fay Dingeldein, Eldon and Mrs. Nina di Gregori, San Francisco, Calif.; one son, Norman Bilyeu, Monroe, La.; two step-sons, Maurice Mace, Iberia and Robert Mace, Syracuse, N.Y.; two step-daughters, Mrs. Eileen WArd and Mrs. George Hunt, both of Springfield; three brothers, Leonard Bilyeu, Rocky Mount; Lyman Bilyeu, Kansas City, and Freeman Bilyeu, Eldon; four sisters, Mrs. Nellie Jones, Iberia, Mrs. Allie Boyce, Kansas City, Mrs. Minnie Edwards, Tuscumbia and Mrs. Ora Crismon, San Jose, Calif.; 19 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, at the Iberia Church of Christ with the Rev. William Hensley officiating.
