She was born April 30, 1926, in Wheeling, W.Va., the daughter of Roy and Helen (Rogers) Baker.
She married William Suckel on Oct. 14, 1950.
She enjoyed gardening, flowers and spending time with her family. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Ashtabula.
Surviving her is her husband, William; two sons, Mark (Gayle) Suckel of Ashtabula and Charles Suckel of Ashtabula; a grandson, Adam Suckel; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Mary Ellen Ellis.
Funeral Services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 21st, at First United Methodist Church, 4506 Elm Ave., Ashtabula, with the Rev. Barbara Roseberry officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memory Gardens, North Kingsville, Ohio.
Calling Hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 20th, at the Ashtabula Home of FLEMING & BILLMAN FUNERAL DIRECTORS, 526 W. Prospect Road, Ashtabula and also from 12 p.m. until the time of Service, Thursday, at the Church.
