Clarence Thomas Walker Sr., 83, of Thrush Drive, died unexpectedly at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at his home.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Hughart and Beard Funeral Home, Hopkinsville, with the Rev. James Talley officiating and burial In Riverside Cemetery.

A native of Christian County, he was born July 14, 1906, son of the late John Milton and Elizabeth Arnold Walker. He was a member of Antioch Cumberland Presbyterian Church and a retired self-employed mechanic.

Survivors include his wife, Madeline Walker; four sons, Alan Leroy Walker, Kingsport, Tenn., Clarence T. Walker Jr., Hopkinsville. Gordon Milton Walker, Orangeburg, S.C., and Carroll Elliott Walker, Houston, Texas; a daughter, Dawn Dade, Hopkinsville; a brother, Bailey Walker, Hopkinsville; a sister, Ivyl White, Evansville, Ind.; and 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
