Fannie Bryant
As we learned of the passing of Mrs. Fannie Bryant, many pleasant, fond memories were awakened. As a teacher of many rural schools and a Sunday school teacher here and in the Na-au-say church, her loyalty is remembered. We extend sympathy to the surviving relatives.

Fannie Bryant
Fannie Elizabeth (Shaw) Bryant, was born on February 14, 1876 in Odell, Illinois. She was married to Merrill Cullen Bryant of Plattville on February 11, 1902. To this marriage eleven children were born. She is survived by three sons, Harlan of Genoa, Morris of Newark and Alfred of Batavia, and one daughter, Elsie Nichols of West Chicago; 19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Merrill; two sons, John and Vernon, and two daughters, Sara and Nellie, and three sons in infancy.
She was a member of the Na-au-say Church, where she taught Sunday school for many years. She also taught Sunday school in the Plattville Methodist Church. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon, December 21, at 2:00 o'clock from the Plattville Methodist church, with the Rev. Phillip Eichling officiating.
