She was a native of Dublin, Ireland and for the past 40 years was a well-known resident of Norfolk. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Newton A. Coggsdale and four sons, E.J. Rudgard, Jr., Dudley H. R., Sydney L. R., and Clayton M.R. Wigg and six grandchildren, all of Norfolk; three sisters, Mrs. J. deJ. Costales, Mrs. James Harcombe and Miss Lucille Saunders and one brother, Herbert Saunders, all of New York.
