Mrs. Clara Helena Saunders Wigg, aged 78, widow of E.J. Rudgard Wigg and daughter of the late Capt. S.M. and Maria Kohler Saunders, died at her residence, No. 1 Bentmore Apartments, corner Graydon park and Blow street, last night at 10:45 o'clock. She was a native of Dublin, Ireland and for the past 40 years was a well-known resident of Norfolk. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Newton A. Coggsdale and four sons, E.J. Rudgard, Jr., Dudley H. R., Sydney L. R., and Clayton M.R. Wigg and six grandchildren, all of Norfolk; three sisters, Mrs. J. deJ. Costales, Mrs. James Harcombe and Miss Lucille Saunders and one brother, Herbert Saunders, all of New York.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

Mrs. Clara Helena Saunders Wigg -- Funeral services for Mrs. Wigg, widow of E.J. Rudgard Wigg and daughter of the late Capt. S.M. and Maria Kohler Saunders, whose death occurred Friday night at the residence, 1 Bentmore Apartments, corner Graydon park and Blow street, will be held at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, this afternoon at 4 o'clock, with the rector, the Rev. E. Ruffin Jones, D.D., officiating. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
