Helen J. Felzkowski, of Athens, died Nov 25, 2004 in Palliative Care at St Joseph Hospital, Marshfield.
She was born Apr 7, 1910 in the town of Rietbrock, daughter of the late Joseph and Ursula (Eder) Sprenger. On Sep 30, 1930, she married Edward Felzkowski at St Anthony Catholic Church, Athens. He preceded her in death on Dec 6, 1984.
Along with her husband, Helen worked on the family farm in the town of Johnson, prior to their retirement. She was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters.
Survivors includes one son, Duane B (Cecelia) Felzkowski, Athens; one daughter-in-law, Lucille Felzkowski, Three Lakes; nine grandchildren, Tami Redmann, Duane G Felzkowski, David Felzkowski, Darryl (Dawn) Felzkowski, Dean Felzkowski, LuAnn (Tom) Mucha, Betty (Chris) Rabehl, Debra Beck, Randy Bernam; seven great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren.
Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by three children, Eugene Felzkowski, Mildred Bernam and Francis Felzkowski as well as nine brothers and sisters, Catherine Dorfschmidt, Mary Sprenger, Ann Behrman, Caroline Sprenger, Helen Sprenger, her twin sister, Celia Sprenger, Elizabeth Morrison, Bill Sprenger and Joe Sprenger.
