LINCOLN - Loretta Pearl Buchholz of Lincoln died at 4:25 P.M. Saturday June 4, 2011 at Lexington Nursing Home in Schaumberg.

Mrs. Buchholz was born on May 18, 1920 in Lincoln, the daughter of William and Pansy McCray Lee. She married William R. Buchholz on June 27, 1945. He preceded her in death on January 26, 1982. Surviving are one son William J. (Donna) Buchholz of Algonquin, CA, two daughters, Judith Stewart of Belleville, IL, Karen (Dominick) Giannotta of Schaumburg, IL, one brother Walter (Joanne) Lee of Lincoln, IL one sister Marilyn (Gerald) Lolling of Hartsburg, IL, three grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Mrs. Buchholz was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, two sisters and two grandsons.

Services will be 1:30 P.M. Tuesday June 7, 2011 at the Zion Lutheran Church with Rev.Mark Thompson officiating. Visitation will be from noon until 1:30 on Tuesday at the church. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Lincoln. Memorial donations may be made to Zion Lutheran Church or Hospice of Southern Illinois. Arrangements were handled by Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home, Lincoln.
