Isham Kees, 90, Succumbs; Rites Monday
Funeral services for Isham Kees, 90, of Georgetown were held at 3 p.m. Monday
at Georgetown Baptist Church with burial in Friendship Cemetery.
Mr. Kees died Sunday, November 26, 1972, at Hardtner Medical Center in Urania
after a long illness.
Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Leslie Kees, of Georgetown; two sons, O'Neal
Kees, Sr., of Georgetown and R. L. Kees of Galveston, Texas; five daughters,
Mrs. Lois Greer and Mrs. Wetona Peters, both of Georgetown, Mrs. Betty
McClary of Columbia, Mrs. Joyce Addie of Limestone, Me., and Mrs. Janie Vicent
of Irvin, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Sallie Scott of Pollock and Mrs. Jessie
Rogers of Mansfield; 15 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
