ROCK FALLS - William "Bill" Adams, 68, of Rock Falls, died Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at Rockford Memorial Hospital. He worked at National Manufacturing Co. for more than 40 years.
Bill was born March 13, 1944, in Sterling, the son of Owen and Doris (King) Adams.
Survivors include one sister, Susan Adams of Rock Falls; one brother, Bob Adams of Tampico; one niece; one nephew; and many special friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, one sister-in-law and one nephew.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon, followed by the memorial service at noon, Thursday at McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls, with the Rev. Les Funderberg officiating. Burial will be at Oak Knoll Memorial Park in Sterling.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family.
