She married Judge A.P. Butler on April 25, 1832. Daughter of William Edward Hayne, Esq.

Inscription

Here was a woman of character. She had the qualities of heart and mind to make a husband happy and children virtuous. Her mind was intelligent and elevated and her heart was better than her mind - pure, sincere, and deeply affectionate. This is placed over her remains by a husband who loved her and who cherishes the sentiment which her sweet temper and elevated principles inspired.
