The deceased was of the Methodist faith.
A 1942 graduate of Mount Union High School, he had served in the Merchant Marine from 1942 to 1951, and was a member of the Masters, Mates and Pilots Union. For 18 years, he was employed by the TRW Company in Harrisburg.
At the time of his death, he was serving as president of the Art Glass and Metal Corporation. Harrisburg.
Mr. Wilson was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose lodge in Steelton.
Joint funeral services were held at 10 a.m. this morning for Mr. Wilson and his mother, Mrs. Ann Abrashoff. at the Heath funeral home in Mount Union. The Rev. Thomas Maurer officiated and burial was in the Mount Union I OOF Cemetery.
