A wake was held at the Wilson Funeral Home at Hays at 8 p.m. Sunday.
She was born Jan. 15, 1926, at Munjor, daughter of John and Rosa Pfannenstiel. She was employed at Travenol several years. She was a member of the church, and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Eagles at Halstead.
Survivors are her husband, Baltzer, 1332 Felten Drive; Hays; sons Robert James, of Russell, and Dennis, David and Donald of Hays and Tony of the home, and a daughter, Barbara Christopher, of Hutchinson; five brothers, Edward and Marvin of Arvada, Colo., Vernon of Alliance, Neb, Arthur of Hays and Edwin of Texas State; two sisters, Virginia Pfannenstiel of Hays and Irene Rome of Arvada. Colo.: and five grandchildren
