Emilio A. Agosti died suddenly yesterday noon at his place of employment, the Redwood Products Company on lower Chestnut avenue. It was the noon hour and he was seated eating lunch when death took him.
Mr. Agusto was born in Italy 66 years ago. He came to Santa Cruz 42 years ago directly from Italy. For many years he was in the employ of Salz Tanning company. The family residence has been at 32 Encinal street.
Mr. Agosti is survived by a widow, Mrs. Maria Agosti, and a son, Philip Agosti. The son is the jeweler and watch repairer on Locust street. Two daughters are Mrs. Alda Malcolm of San Francisco and Mrs. Mary LaPere of Paso Robles.
The body is at the Wessendorf Mortuary where funeral arrangements are pending.
