Her DOD is from a ledger from Elmwood Cemetery showing her burial date as 2 Feb 1898 so I assumed she died the day before her burial date. It is hard to read the date of death on the headstone.
Her husband, John F. Kelly, is buried in Steele Creek Community Cemetery in Charlotte. He died 25 years later without every remarrying. I found Addie's obituary. They had three children. Those three children's names, by initials only, are listed in our Kelly Family Bible. Because of their dates of birth, I always assumed they were grandchildren of Daniel F. Kelly; even so, it took me almost a whole year to identify their names and whose children they were.
Cemetery records show the "Lot Owner" as William Stewart. Nine others with the last name of Stewart are buried in this Section A, Lot 15 plus Addie's sons, Eli S. Kelly and William Frank Kelly. So, 12 names in all are on the cemetery listing that I have in the William Stewart lot in this cemetery.
